Pick-up transportation is mandatory. Unfortunately travelers cannot drive to the park, though one can drive to the last pickup location at Bayside Marketplace and leave their car parked to get on the transportation there if desired

The bus did not collect us, which spoilt our planned day. We had been waiting at the correct place and time. Do not use this company!

Attention the tour doesn´t include "Wander along a jungle walking trail" !!! We booked this tour because of this quote and at the end we had just the Airboat ride. We tried to get some money back because we were dissatisfied but after the refund request they didnt respond at all. We do not recommend this tour!!!

The airboat tour was great, the guide was very informative and professional. We got to see a few alligators and she cool birds and wildlife.
