After a cruise, we had a couple of days in Miami so booked a tour via our hotel to this park. We didn’t have a car so the tour bus picked us up and brought us round trip including park fees was $50 pp. it was something to do so the teens wouldn’t be bored. There were lines to get on the boats but they moved fairly quick. We were on the water with about 5 other boats. The captain tried hard to find the gators and we ended up seeing 2. The rest of the time was just chilling on the boat ride while he talked about the history and area. There’s a fun little show afterwards which was short but the guy tried hard to be really funny so the kids loved it. Small snack shop where the line is long and a gift shop. That was it. Nothing spectacular but something to do.

Hi Anna, thanks for coming out to visit our lovely park! It's great that you were able to arrive to our park and start your tour quickly, but we're sorry you were only able to see 2 gators. As you mentioned, our captains try their absolute to get you as close to as many gators as possible, but these gators run on their own schedules! We appreciate your understanding, and we would love to have you back at the park in the future!

This is a well run facility. Order your tickets online as it makes it quicker to just pick up. You wait until your group is called and then they take a photo and you meet your captain. We were lucky and had Captain Choas. Very funny personality and a character. He seemed to have the run of the place and took us down a couple of his spots. They have all kinds of names for the alligators and stories to tell. Great entertainment. The gator show after is interesting and informative. Not as exciting as you would expect but not boring either. You get a cool picture at the end with a baby gator. Good family fun and definitely worth the money. Recommendation is to try and go on a sunny day as you will see more of the gators up out of the water sunning themselves otherwise when it's slightly cold and overcast they spend more time in the water which was the case on the day we were there. But still very cool and you get to see them up close.
