We enjoyed the Everglades Tour. Lots of information on the Everglades. Our boat captain was very informative. The alligator show after was great too.

Don’t get food unless you want it stolen by the birds. Spend 20 dollars on food just for it to be stollen while walking away form the pickup window. Serious problem should be addressed. Staff witnessed this and did nothing should have got a refund!!

My family and I had a wonderful experience! The airboat tour surpassed my expectations. The boat ride was very exciting for my young kids and we were fortunate to see a lot of wildlife, including alligators, various species of birds, and fish. Captain Joe was awesome! She is extremely knowledgeable and you can just tell that she loves her job. Her enthusiasm is contagious. The facility is clean and well kept. We went on a crowded Saturday during a Holiday break, but everything still ran smoothly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this tour (and make sure you ask for Caption Joe!)
