Our family had a great time during our visit. We did the animal encounter with Ana, she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and took really great pictures of us! The boat ride was also so much fun! We would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Fantastic trip out into the Everglades, came across an alligator out in the wild, Don the captain was funny and gave us a lot of great information throughout the trip. after the trip we got a tour and show. Our host Ana was professional and funny, gave us a lot of information about the animals in the park, out of 10 stars I would give 11 ;-)

It could have been a great experience. A bunch of little things combined to show that the customer was not at the center. We where told it would be 15 minutes but they waited until the boat was full until we left which was twice that. The captain got mad at a couple who did not speak English very well because they got in the wrong seats and tried to to order them out of the boat. We thought he was joking at first. The windows were so dirty and scratched that we couldn't see out the front which was a huge issue. They need to put real glass in and wash it everyday. The speaker system was so poor that we could only understand half of what was said in the tour. It wouldn't take much to make this into a great tour with a little investment and training but it just wasn't there.
