We had the best day on our animal safari yesterday! The airboat and wilderness drives were cool, our guide was friendly, fun, entertaining and knowledgeable. The best parts were seeing the alligators cuddling ( I have changed my view of alligators now!) and the dolphins playfully following our boat during the last boat ride. I have never seen dolphins so up close in the wild so it was the highlight for sure, we loved it so much! We hope to do another trip with this company next time we are in Florida. Thanks for such great memories!

This was a really great trip. We enjoyed 💯 and learned a lot. Our guide, Leah, was very knowledgeable and provided great commentary throughout the trip. She took great care to point out birds and other critters. The boat trips were amazing as well. The first one, was quite an adventure with the rain beating down on us. But we would rather do it than not. Leah worked hard to make it happen despite the weather. The last one through the Gulf of Mexico was spectacular. The trip was more than what we had expected. Thank you!

They did not inform us that over half the time on the trip we were in a van. Our pick up location was first and last which added to wasted time.

Hello Mark, Every guest is provided a confirmation email that details the itinerary for the day. When you book through TripAdvisor/Viator or another 3rd party, they give you the break down as well including the time spent participating in the excursions. The Everglades is one of the most remote wildernesses in the Eastern United States. It takes time to get there and we go DEEP into the swamp. It takes time to get back. The transportation out to the Everglades is about 2 hours and most of it is narrated by the guide. The trip back from Chokoloskee is about 2 hours. The trip is 10 hours. It's worth it for 99.9% of our guests to experience this view of nature. From 7:15am to 7:45 we provide pickups from Fort Lauderdale Beach to Davie. If you are the first picked up, you do have to be included in the 30 minutes while we pickup other guests. Any guests that wish to avoid that can be picked up at the Flamingo Gardens in Davie, FL at 7:30am.
