Knowledgeable, and gossipy in the right way. Fables and foibles of the ultrarich, and a little solid history.

Lauren was a fantastic guide and gave the tour a great personal touch. She knew her facts, had many great photographs to enhance what we were seeing (& of those buildings long gone) and really had a great sense of the history and a love of NYC. She really made what could'e been a pretty dry tour fun and engaging.
