This was a walking tour through the French Quarter that visited a few landmarks and architectural structures. Mr. Ben was extremely knowledgeable about Louisiana, French and New Orleans history. It turned out that he has an extensive background in genealogy and New Orleans history, and it showed. I learned a lot and I would highly recommend this experience.

Had a great rainy tour with Janice from the Friends of the Cabildo. The day was raining and we thought that there goes our tour but when we went back to the 1850 House to inquire about the walking tour, the tour guide Janice was there and she was ready to go on the tour. Thankfully the rain stopped long enough for us to have a wonderful lovely time with Janice on our tour. Janice was very energetic and very informative. She gave suggestions for eating and activities to do. I will definitely schedule another tour with her.
