This French Quarter walking tour is conducted by city licensed guides and emphasize the history, architecture, and folklore of this fascinating city. Tour and store proceeds benefit Friends of the Cabildo, a non-profit volunteer group to provide support for the Louisiana State Museum. Purchasing a walking tour ticket also gets you admission to the 1850 House Museum, above the store, that shows what life was like in a typical Pontalba Apartment in the 1850s. Restroom is provided for walking tour guests as well.

We use the VOX Whisper System. Staff is responsible for cleaning each machine. The ear and mic buds are disposable. Units will only be used once per week to allow for rotating a clean unit to guests & guides. Guests can remove mask outside during the tour, inside state law requires a mask.

I had a wonderful time on today's French Quarter walking tour with my guide, Hopper. I live in New Orleans, and this was a fun chance to be a tourist in my own town. It was a beautiful day in the French Quarter, and I loved walking the town, learning about places I have seen and been curious about, and feeling the history come alive in the space. I learned fascinating information about landmarks, buildings, and statues, dappled with Hopper's humor and love of New Orleans. I highly recommend it.
