Only a two hour drive from Las Vegas, Laughlin and Lake Havasu, the West Rim provides guests with an opportunity to experience the awe-inspiring canyon from many different perspectives. Walk the glass panels on the Skywalk and take in the epic views at Guano Point and Eagle Point plus an array of other activities. Please Note: This is an admission ticket only and transportation from surrounding cities is not included.

What To Expect

Grand Canyon West

Make your pwn way to the West Rim where guests are provided an opportunity to experience the awe-inspiring canyon from many different perspectives. Please Note: Last ticket is sold at 4:45 p.m. from March to November and varies as days get longer or shorter going into and out of the summer. Please be aware that Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time. Thus, during the winter months, Grand Canyon West is on Mountain Standard Time and is a full hour ahead of California and Nevada, which are on Pacific Standard Time. When DST is being observed, beginning in March, the time at Grand Canyon West is the same as the time in Las Vegas and California.

Grand Canyon Skywalk

This 10-foot wide, horseshoe-shaped glass bridge extends 70 feet out over the rim of the Grand Canyon. Look down and you can see right through the glass platform 4,000 feet to the floor of the Canyon below. This engineering marvel offers unparalleled views of one of the world’s Seven Natural Wonders. Nervous about walking on glass almost a mile above the floor of the Grand Canyon? Have no fear—the Skywalk is strong enough to hold seventy fully loaded 747 passenger jets. After walking the Sky visit the Skywalk Gift Shop and pick up souvenirs to remember your walk and the grandeur of the Canyon.

I loved grand canyon west. The view was absolutely stunning, especially at Guano Peak! Climbing the large rock there and getting pictures was worth every cent of ticket price. The only thing that wasn't the best was the skywalk itself. It was more crowded than I would have liked, and you weren't able to take pictures (understandable, honestly). It also felt very short (If you want the same thrill of being up high, just safely get a bit closer to the edge of the Canyon, or if you're able to, climb up the rock formation at Guano Peak, or hike along their short trail there). But after the Skywalk, we were able to listen to some native music, which was absolutely beautiful. Overall, it's absolutely beautiful, and I look forward to future trips here!

Some photographers are better than others. Ours was inexperienced and trying to move us through the line as fast as possible. Our photos were horrible - we were looking into the sun. I had to ask to turn the other direction. We only received 4 photos while other families had 16+ to choose from. One of those photos didn’t have our 2nd child in it.

The address to them location was not very good as, Grand Canyon West, Peach Springs took us an hour and half past actual site. Signs with directions were sparce, but once got there was beautiful.
