Water was very clean and still. Our guide Dean was very helpful and personable. We traveled at a relaxed pace and saw plenty of wildlife. We highly recommend this service to others!

Decided not to listen to other reviews about refunds and still order the experience. Was contacted 30 minutes after ordering that it the trip was cancelled and it was my responsibility to figure out how to contact Viator and get a refund . Viator should take this operator off this site because it sounds more and more like a scam to me .

The tour guides were nice but there was no sunset. They were not kayaks they were paddle boards. It was basically us kayaking around in a circle and we got out. Not at all matching the description.
