Unfortunately the trip was canceled….we got a cancellation notification from Jack’s surf Lessons 2 days prior to the event but Viator was sending reminders today about the event as if it was still happening… there should be communication between the two companies. Also I have not gotten a refund from Viator for the cancellation.

We will definitely reach out to viator to see where the communication went wrong. As far as your refund, please reach out to viator’s customer service. Since they are the ones who took your payment they will be the ones to refund you as well.
