Trip was canceled due to no guide for the season. No notice until I reached out with a question. Still waiting on refund of money.

Please give us a call at 843-647-7471, we would like to make this right with you. However as far as your refund, you will need to reach out to viator’s customer service. Since they are the ones who took your payment, they must be the ones to initiate your refund. Again we are so sorry for the inconvenience.

I was notified the day before the trip that it was cancelled as they do not have guides in the off-season. Trips will be unavailable until the end of April. If the trip is not available during a certain timeframe, it should be clearly stated so we could have planned something else. Please update for future guests.

It was canceled part of the company yet I'm told I could have trouble getting a credit because I booked thru viatour... Apparently it's legal to take money for something you can't provide. Very disappointed!!??
