Half day whitewater rafting adventure through the Royal Gorge. Approximately a 3-hour tour on a 10-mile stretch of class III/IV whitewater. The Royal Gorge is world renowned for the epic scenery of the 1200 foot walls that tower over you, while you raft below the world's highest suspension bridge. FREE use of all river gear!

What To Expect

Royal Gorge Zip Line Tours

Guests will arrive at our base location 1 hour prior to the departure time. They will be outfitted for their gear and then given an extensive pre-trip orientation. From there, we will transport the guests to our private beach put in. The raft trip will last approximately 2.5-3 hours. We will then transport our guests back to our base location where you can view a slideshow at our Bar & Grill of all the photos that were taken during the trip. Photos are available for purchase. We do send along a kayaker with every Royal Gorge trip who takes photos of the trip and also doubles as support.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

What an amazing rafting trip!!! My husband and I were both first time rafters (along with the other four people in our boat). Our guide Shelby was amazing. She was so fun, after making sure we all knew what to do and how to do it. She was knowledgeable, personable, and made the trip fun and exciting. This might be my new favorite activity! Booking was easy. Check in was easy. Safety info was easy. And the trip was absolutely breathtaking through the Gorge. We did the half day trip since we were first timers but I wish we had done full day. Excellent tour company!

Our family with adult kids did the Big Horn last year and returned to do the Royal Gorge this year. Great fun, not scary. (I'm usually anxious about facing any type of danger!) Great scenery and mix of rapids and slow parts. Our guide Brandon was a pro navigating the river to give us fun but not risk hitting the rocks. The place also had a fun restaurant to hang out before or after. Highly recommend. Plan to buy the pictures!

Whitewater rating was on my bucket list for many years and finallly today I got to do it... it was absolutely fantastic. I was a bit nervous going in because my husband booked the Class III/IV and we are inexperienced beginners but the experience was A+++. The bathrooms were clean, there was a comfortable changing room. Many people came to raft and it was a super organized operation. Adam was our guide and he was so experienced, skilled, knowledgable and he kept us entertained throughout. We felt safe the whole time. Thank G-d for the combination of a well run operation, superb guide, warm sunny weather, beautiful views and thrilling rapids which made for a truly awesome experience!!
