Half Day Snorkel Trip on Reefs in the Florida Keys

Overview

Come join us snorkeling some of the most beautiful reefs within the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and Pennekamp State Park. We have many possible reefs to explore: Molasses, Elbow, French Reef and the famous Christ of the Abyss on Dry Rocks. These protected areas offer an opportunity to see turtles, spotted eagle rays, moray eels and a variety of different fish. These special reefs are part of the 3rd largest living reef system in the world and the ONLY living coral reef in the US. We stop at two different locations on the reef. Each stop is determined by the captain based on the day's conditions. We cannot guarantee any specific site.

In an effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastic that ends up in our oceans, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. We have water coolers in our shop and on our boats for your convenience!

Hadrian and Captain Tommy were great! First time snorkeling for my 10, 13, and 20 year old. They gave them lots of pointers, made them feel comfortable, and were very friendly. First 2 spots had a lot of current and a lot of other boats. Rather than have us hold on to the rope while snorkeling, they took us to 2 other reefs where we were able to swim freely.

the crew was ready to go on time, we boarded the boat and they gave us our gear...the captain did a great job at maneuvering out to the open sea and we were off...the ride was nice and relaxing and I loved going to two different snorkel spots...since it takes so long to get out, it was nice to hit up two spots at once...that was the main reason I would choose them again!

Choosing us you will get the bayside to oceanside boat ride going through Adams Cut and the coral fossil wall and then the Mangrove trails through John Pennekamp State Park out to two beautiful reefs.... it's definitely a half day adventure filled with lots of exploration. Glad you all enjoyed!
