Half Day Snorkel Trip on Reefs in the Florida Keys

Overview
Come join us snorkeling some of the most beautiful reefs within the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and Pennekamp State Park. We have many possible reefs to explore: Molasses, Elbow, French Reef and the famous Christ of the Abyss on Dry Rocks. These protected areas offer an opportunity to see turtles, spotted eagle rays, moray eels and a variety of different fish. These special reefs are part of the 3rd largest living reef system in the world and the ONLY living coral reef in the US. We stop at two different locations on the reef. Each stop is determined by the captain based on the day's conditions. We cannot guarantee any specific site.

In an effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastic that ends up in our oceans, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. We have water coolers in our shop and on our boats for your convenience!

We took a snorkel trip (2 divers on board as well). There were about 8-10 people on the boat including the crew. We went to 2 different sites on molasses reef for a total of almost 2 hours snorkeling. The crew kept track of everyone in the water and constantly asked if we were ok. The water was a little rough so this gave us peace of mind. Will definitely use them again!

Our crew always strives to make sure everyone is safe as well as having a good time while on our trips so we are glad that you felt the crew did a good job while out on a bumpier day. Thank you so much for your review and we hope to see you again soon!

The tour was cancelled due to weather, they promised a full refund. Waiting on that. The weather was windy and waves were big so it was not safe for snorkeling, the operators cancelled from their end

We had a great time. The captain took us to two spots. We saw dolphins along the way and the captain circled back to make sure everyone on the boat got a chance to see them. We saw lots of fish, a cool shipwreck and a turtle thanks to the captain. She pointed it out and we were able to watch it for quite a while enjoying a jellyfish snack! Reef safe sunscreen is available as well as places to store your things and drinks. Captain and mate were friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend this tour for anyone who likes to snorkel!
