Half Day Snorkel Trip on Reefs in the Florida Keys

Overview
Come join us snorkeling some of the most beautiful reefs within the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and Pennekamp State Park. We have many possible reefs to explore: Molasses, Elbow, French Reef and the famous Christ of the Abyss on Dry Rocks. These protected areas offer an opportunity to see turtles, spotted eagle rays, moray eels and a variety of different fish. These special reefs are part of the 3rd largest living reef system in the world and the ONLY living coral reef in the US. We stop at two different locations on the reef. Each stop is determined by the captain based on the day's conditions. We cannot guarantee any specific site.

In an effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastic that ends up in our oceans, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. We have water coolers in our shop and on our boats for your convenience!

The crew was awesome. They were very friendly and you could easily build rapport with them. Our excursion was so cool, we saw dolphins, sea turtles, sting Ray, and plenty of fish. If youā€™re a history fan, you get an extra bonus due to the ship wrecks you get to explore. Highly recommended, make sure you do this on your next trip to Key Largo

The 2 sites offered different fish sightings. There were hundreds of fish at the second so many colors. We even saw a Barracuda. Staff did great job with the snorkelers and the seasick group. They took great care of my seasick teen making it a fun experience still.

We had a great experience with the crew at Pirates Cove Watersports. They took good care of us and the snorkeling was excellent. We saw lots of fish. If you are staying at the Marriott Key Largo, it is a no brainer as their dock is on hotel grounds so super convenient.
