Half Day Snorkel Trip on Reefs in the Florida Keys

Overview
Come join us snorkeling some of the most beautiful reefs within the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and Pennekamp State Park. We have many possible reefs to explore: Molasses, Elbow, French Reef and the famous Christ of the Abyss on Dry Rocks. These protected areas offer an opportunity to see turtles, spotted eagle rays, moray eels and a variety of different fish. These special reefs are part of the 3rd largest living reef system in the world and the ONLY living coral reef in the US. We stop at two different locations on the reef. Each stop is determined by the captain based on the day's conditions. We cannot guarantee any specific site.

In an effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastic that ends up in our oceans, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. We have water coolers in our shop and on our boats for your convenience!

High praise to our tour guide Caiti. She got us to our first spot before it became too crowded. It was my first time snorkeling and she gave very good instructions and tips for seeing the fish/statue. It was unfortunate for me that had motion sickness. I did get to see some fish and the statue before I had to stop. It was a five star experience in spite of that.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear about getting sea sick, but we're glad you had a great time otherwise!

We were unable to go to the reef due to wind speeds ( refunds were offered for those who did not want a mangove snorkel) but did a snorkel mangove tour instead. We absolutely loved our excursion. The crew and other passengers were laid back and fun. Both Captain Craig and Captain Cutler were informative and even gave excellent dining suggestions.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're so happy that you enjoyed your mangrove snorkel trip. We know it's not the reef, but we think it's a pretty awesome plan b!

I highly recommend this trip! We had a great time. Our captain and first mate were fun -- lots of dad jokes. They got us off on time so we could see the Jesus statue even with other tours coming to the site. Then we went to a private site with GREAT views of coral and tons of fish! The fish were amazing at how they would swim so close. They did not seem afraid of us at all. There were a few that actually seemed curious. I highly recommend this trip for adults and kids.
