Had to wait over an hour fair enough, but a family didn’t have a reservation and was took straight to a table not good Waitress/ kitchen got the order completely wrong, took about 10/15minutes to get her attention and still was very poor and unprofessional the burger was mediocre the lettuce was tired and the cheese was stuck to the plate ( I don’t eat fries or bun ) the ‘meal ‘ came with fries again poor service but was still charged/billed for a full burger meal Won’t recommend this noisy no leadership supervised place The toilets were filthy, the wash sink hadn’t been cleaned in days judging by the state of it we are still in a pandemic

We decided to take advantage of restaurant week while we were in NY. Hard rock was handy for us after a long day exploring so decided to try here. Neither the front of house staff or the waiter had any clue about the set restaurant week menu! The food and cocktails were lovely, the waiter was more interested in checking out his reflection in the nearby window than in being attentive to us. On getting our bill we had only saved just over a dollar on the food, so not a bargain after all.

This experience started of terrible due to front of house staff. On arrival we walked down the stairs to be standing in front of 3 ladies who did not acknowledge us for at least 2 minutes although we where the only people in front of them waiting to be served/seated. I understand 2 minutes is not a long time to wait but when this feels like a long time when you can see the staff sit in front of you having a chat with colleagues in stead of acknowledging you. When finally asked if we could be helped we asked if table for 2 was available to be told minimum wait 30 mins although we could see the restraunt was nearly empty. We sat at the waiting area for no more than 5 mins to get a text to say table was ready. Went back to front of house reception who acted like we had never seen them before. This score would have been 1 star up until this point however the waiter that we got when finally seated ( at rear of restraunt ) was exceptional and instantly changed my experience.
