I just visited yesterday with my family and I’m so disappointed in this restaurant. We were all so excited about coming here, considering it is Hard Rock Cafe and none of us had been before. We had been told it was great, so we were looking forward to it. Took them fifteen minutes to take our order, and when someone came over, they were abrupt and a little rude. Our drinks took half an hour and they kept forgetting to bring them. When the food arrived, (which took an hour and we had to keep reminding them), food was pretty awful. Mash was lumpy, not a lot of food with portions. They seem to care a lot more about their brand than the food. If your visiting new york, I’d say give it a skip food- wise, if you want a T-Shirt or any merchandise for ridiculous prices, go ahead. Would not recommend in the slightest.

Came by for drinks and a light snack as we already had lunch. Restaurant wasnt busy as we were then on a weekday around 3pm. Thought we could just get a breather as we had just walked ard nyc all day and stopped by the rock shop to get some souvenirs. Our waitress kept coming to our table to ask us if we wanted more things (like every ten minutes). Its just so irritating. It was obvious she wanted to “chase” us off. Our bill came up to more than $80 for my husband and i and our 5 yr old so its not like we didnt order anything. Spoilt our time there. That said, there was this really nice lady meeca whom we met at the rock shop. Huge thanks to her! She was so nice to my son. Actually the people we met at the rock shop were all really nice but not not the ones at the restaurant. No hard rock hospitality at all for the restaurant peeps. regretted stopping by the restaurant. Should have just left after purchasing our souvenirs.

Can't fault the food was out of this world loved it and so did my daughter. Food portions were as to be expected in the USA so glad we didn't have a appetiser. All food was really good and very tasty. Definitely worth a trip x
