The wait for food and drinks took forever, and they didn't even get one of the orders right. It wasn't the best Hard Rock experience I've ever had and I'd probably choose to go somewhere else next time.

Three of us stopped in for dinner on Sunday. We were told it would be 15-20 minutes. We found a place to sit and waited. When our buzzer went off, we headed to the host station. We were asked to step over and wait some more. Another guy came and handed us guitars and made us pose for a cheesy picture. We finally were taken to our table where we sat for maybe ten minutes before someone came by and asked us to change tables because we had been ”seated at the wrong table.” They moved us to another table where we waited a very long time before seeing a server. We ordered immediately, and away she went. A while later, 2 of our three meals were brought to the table. We waited quite a while before finding anyone who could help. We asked for the third meal, and again we waited. When they finally brought the third meal, the chicken was tough and dry. As we were paying the tab, guess what? Someone arrived with a duplicate third meal. The only reason I gave two stars was because the burgers were pretty good. Zero stars for the experience.
