Richard, the floor supervisor, went above and beyond! He spent time with us, updated our rewards card, gave my wife a gift as we were celebrating her birthday. We have been to many Hard Rock Cafes during our travels (my wife collects the hurricane glasses) but our waiter James and especially Richard made this the best Hard Rick experience ever! Great food and awesome atmosphere!

Terrible from the moment we walked in. Took 20 mins to get 2 bottled beers. Forgot to take our food order, then 1 meal came within 90 seconds so I can only assume it was a spare or returned one to the kitchen that was sitting there drying out. 15 mins later my husband went and asked for the manager. We got a supervisor who didn’t really know how to handle a complaint. We told him to forget the food. We’d pay for our half drunk drinks and go. The only good thing he did eventually on his return, was to give the drink complimentary as we left. This place is more consumed with its image than customer service. Don’t waste your money, there are better restaurants at pier 39.

Not a major fan of franchises - but our youngest sons 17th b'day and he fancied it. I hope they are better out of peak summer season, but for us there was a 30min wait at 2:30pm with lots of spare tables (maybe not enough staff?? Server was really nice and kept apologising for not attending to us quicker. Burgers a bit underwhelming considering this is supposed to be burger/steak restaurant, I put better together myself! Not worth a visit IMO!
