Didnt even get to have a drink we went inside and asked to have drinks and told us they wasnt taking anymore walk-ins when the bar was half empty there was nobody sat at the bar and was only about 5 tables so i asked why we couldnt go in and he said they were short on staff but i saw 4 staff walking round. Shocking customer service

Extremely disappointing and expensive. Food was very average at best, child’s burger was dry and unappealing, service slow and the band was so loud you couldn’t possibly have any type of conversation.

We only popped in for drinks after the tour of Alcatraz... The place was almost empty so we sat at the bar and ordered drinks. The bar tender was very funny, some would have found his humour a bit edgy, but we thought he was very funny. He served us well and we paid the bill.. We left a 22% recommended tip.. It was only after I looked at the receipt tonight, that they had added a large service charge plus a 4% mandatory state fee, so I think I ended up paying over 35% in gratuities.. for 5 drinks! Hard Rock, we visit when we go all over the world, guess what.. not anymore!
