Hop on board our haunted trolley tour for a historical tour of Sarasota’s haunted past! Hear stories about famous murders, visit spirited buildings, and explore unsolved crimes during this 90-minute, air-conditioned nighttime tour. Sit back and listen as our entertaining Ghost Hostess brings the rich history of Sarasota to life on this fun tour—be sure to keep an eye out for surprise guests along the way!

Tour includes complimentary beer or wine at the Trolley Cottage Tiki Bar before boarding.

Ages 12+; young people ages 12-20 may attend if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the tour leaves. Trolleys leave at your scheduled time. If you don't arrive within 5 minutes of departure time, we reserve the right to resell your ticket.

First, and foremost, if you are booking on Viator you are being ripped off. You can go directly to their website: discoversarasotatours.com and book directly for $50 per person. Secondly, the operators are very nice, Maryjane is very sweet and she tried but the stories just aren't very good. We've done this type of tour all over the US and in every country we visit...unfortunately, I have to say, this one is worst of we've done. I cannot recommend it.

Your review is surprising since this tour has been running for four years and is highly rated. My front desk Reservationist told me after reading your review that you were looking for a paranormal tour where you go to find ghosts. He told you this was not that kind of tour. This is historical haunted tour with actors, music, and sound effects which all contribute to creating a very entertaining experience. I’m sorry you did not enjoy it but do not understand why you would judge us so harshly for not providing a paranormal tour when we do not offer that type in jthe first place.

It was a fun evening. We enjoyed the history of Sarasota. And it was a nice family outing. PS remind people to remove Tour sticker after completion of tour for the sticker accidentally got washed and dried and the adhesive ruined a shirt.
