The tour was a walking tour and the tour director was a local and very knowledgeable. There was a wide range of food and wine at the different stops,all of which was great.I would definitely recommend this tour.

Every time I travel to a new city, I book a food tour. And this is the best one that I’ve done to date. Such thoughtful and careful planning went into our tour. This wasn’t just about the wine, but about all that Healdsburg has to offer. Tammie has a great relationship with all of the places that we visited, which meant we were able to spend time with the owners and key employees and really learn about their offerings. In this case, it included a “shrub” drink, exotic teas and a homemade oreo cookie that I’m still obsessing about. It was a wonderful day; we never felt rushed and when we left, we felt that we had made a bunch of new friends.

Tammy was a great guide. There were eight of us in the group, including my husband and myself, and we got to experience a half dozen places to eat and drink in a leisurely and informative way. At each stop we were given a nice selection of foods to try, along with the story behind them. Everything was delicious, and the portions were quite sufficient, especially given the number of stops on the tour. We think of ourselves as "foodies" and we were not disappointed. The day after the tour we went back fro lunch to the Spanish tapas place that was part of the tour and we had an amazing meal!
