Recently, my boyfriend and I visited Healdsburg and decided to go on this food tour. We had an amazing afternoon! The different places we visited were just enough to give a good idea of the place and our guide, Tammy, was FANTASTIC! She was very knowledgable, friendly,personable and because of her, we had a great time! We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.

Our food tour of Healdsburg was a wonderful afternoon, well spent. Tammy was our guide on this culinary adventure and she did not disappoint. My wife and I have been on many food tours and this was one of the best. Being a Wednesday afternoon in October we ended up being the only two on the tour. Most tour companies would cancel out but Tammy did a great job showing us around town and providing a great history and overview of the town. Nothing at all was rushed. We spent plenty of time at each location and every one provided a different delicious take on Healdsburg. It was apparent from the way the restaurants treated us that Tammy has forged a great relationship with them and they certainly put out their best! Food tastings were plentiful, not just small, little bites. All in all both my wife and I would highly recommend this tour if you are spending an afternoon in Healdsburg.

After a great experience on a Food/Wine tour in Telluride this summer, my husband and I decided to book a tour with Savor. We met Tammy and two other couples at the "Wurst" @ 11 a.m. on a gorgeous Saturday. As others have explained, Tammy prearranges all of the seating and tastings which was very helpful on a busy October weekend. All of the selections she made were delicious and there was enough of a variety that there was something to please everyone. We spent a significant time at a local tasting room and received top notch treatment by the team. The last stop was a visit to an artisan ice cream and pie shop - oh my! This was a wonderful way to see the "back streets" of Healdsburg and make new friends along the way. The price of the tour is very reasonable considering the amount of food, beverages and information imparted.
