Overview

A fast and fun wildlife adventure awaits your family aboard our zodiac-style vessels (rigid inflatable boats). This cruise of up to 20 passengers gives you a thrilling 2-hour look at Southern California’s year-round whales and dolphins. With speeds of 30 knots or more, you’ll spend less time looking for animals and more time enjoying them! Your zodiac adventure will have you incredibly close to the ocean’s surface and within arm’s reach of wildlife. At the conclusion of your cruise, you'll receive one of Mrs. Capt. Dave's famously delicious Triple Fudge Brownies. (Some folks love the brownies more than the whales!)

This was our second time on an adventure with Captain Dave’s. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. It took a long time to find dolphins today but they didn’t give up. We were on the water almost an hour longer than scheduled because they didn’t want to let us down. When we finally found the dolphins… it was magical!! We did a private charter. It was worth it :)

Amazing! We saw a mega pod of common dolphins and a mom/baby blue whale! The captain and first mate were informative and made the trip fun. It was my daughter’s birthday and everyone at Captain Dave’s made her feel special.

Great experience today with Captain Dave's! 8:30 AM trip on the inflatable. Awesome to see the blue whales and a couple different dolphin species. Christian (captain) and Steve (naturalist) we both knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks you guys!
