Ginger!! Our host, Ginger, was awesome! We had a really wonderful time. Even when our last stop had to be changed as we arrived at the location, Ginger quickly regrouped and found another awesome location to end our day on. One tiny issue was that I felt we did not eat enough to balance out all the wine but other than that, this is an experience I would recommend to all my friends and family.

I live in St Augustine and had some friends visiting from out of town. What a great way to show them the city and enjoy wine and lite bites. Ginger was our guide and she was fun and personable. I highly recommend this tour!

The tour guide was fantastic. But it was not a wine and food pairing tour like advertised. The first two locations went perfectly. A small portion of food with a glass of wine. Exactly as I expected. But they were the only two places that consisted of the food and wine pairing. The third location was just wine. That was fine as well, but not what I expected or signed up for. The fourth location was a small tea shop. Where we got a sample of tea and a small cup of mixed nuts... Far from the restaurant experience I was expecting. The fifth place was an ice cream shop. I enjoyed the tour. It was still a fun experience. But for the price and the advertised description, it was disappointing. if you are looking for a tour that brings you to five restaurants, serves you food and wine paired together for a foodie experience, I would not recommend. If you’re just looking for a tour around the city with a couple fun stops along the way, it would be good.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate any and all, as we are always looking to elevate the guest experience! We certainly apologize for a less than stellar experience. December is a very hectic time of year for all tour operators. However, we have addressed the described situation with the GM and will do our very best to make sure this does not happen again in the future. We would highly recommend coming back in non-peak season to experience a tour. November through January is overwhelmingly busy with Nights of Lights and periodically impacts the 5-star experience of our daily food tours. If there is anything else that we could have done differently to rate a 5-star review, please feel free to reach out and let us know. We always strive for excellence! Cheers!
