This company is located in a sketchy area of sunset blvd. we showed up a half hour before tour and Hollywood tour shop closed. Called Viator and was told to wait 45 min to see if they would come. Your company never showed (we weren’t the only people waiting) Viator rep. Kept me on hold for a half an hour while they tried to get a hold of the company. Said they couldn’t give me a refund until company cleared it. It cost me $30 Uber ride and hours of waiting to receive no help by Viator. Never again!
