Your ticket went unused. Hop On Off could not receive your ticket. Both you and Hop On Off refused a refund of my $39.

So not worth the money. We thought we would get some history of New York, but got nothing. Zero information on iconic sites, many we didn't even go past. There was mostly music on the ear buds and almost no information. Don't waste your time. We have done on/off buses in other cities, they were great, this was a waste of time

Long line up. Audio did not work. Didn’t know where we were to get off. Would recommend 2 days to make good use of this tour. One day is too short.
