• Ticket is nontransferable, no cash value

What To Expect

Illuminarium Atlanta

Illuminarium Atlanta offers a family-friendly experience during the day and transforms in the evenings into Illuminarium After Dark, an adults-only nightlife venue. It’s the perfect destination for celebrations of all kinds including birthdays, social groups, field trips and more. There are currently 2 shows operating during the day: Waking Wonderland and SPACE: A Journey to the Moon & Beyond. Illuminarium Atlanta is located along the Eastside Trail of the Atlanta BeltLine.

This place is spectacular! Transports you to another world/place. The photography is unreal. The way the ground shakes as the animal walk by and the smell like you are on an actual safari. Couldn’t recommend it more for both adults and kids. Will definitely be visiting again especially when the next exhibit comes.

We had an excellent time! Very exciting to see all the life-sized animals up close with our family! Our kids had a great time running with the animals pretending to really be on a safari. We know we will never be able to go to Africa so this is absolutely the next best thing. To the person talking about getting an ‘oculus’, you are completely missing out on the point of this experience, sharing the wonder with each other, seeing each other’s reactions and awe as you see each new animal together. Truly a unique and fun experience for our family! The kids are still talking about it begging to go back 🤣

WOW! What an awesome and fun experience. It felt like I was transported to an African safari with the most amazing animals and sounds. The floor vibrates when you hear the animals and you leave your footprints on the floor when you walk. Just amazing. After a trip to the Illuminarium cafe for some delicious lunch and taking in the sun on the lovely patio. Going again when next in Atlanta. Fun for the whole family.
