Our first day here in NYC and this was easily the highlight of our day. Dan was a great guide: informative, welcoming, and great customer service skills. We felt well looked after and had a great couple of hours cycling in the sunshine. We saw lots of the sights and got extra information about the amazing buildings and those who live there.
