The Melting Point is a new, state-of-the-art facility featuring a fine art gallery, a lamp working studio and fully equipped hotshop. We eat, sleep, and breath glass, and it's our delight to share this passion with the community. Our staff is as diverse as the beautiful Sedona desert landscape. Coming from a broad range of educational backgrounds, our glassblowers can tell you everything you would ever want to know about the science and art of glass.

Great hands-on experience … Alexa Rose started off with an overview of the tools and glassblowing area along with lots of attention to safety. Each person in our group of four got a turn making our own unique glass art and were allowed to do as many of the steps as we wanted all under the guidance and support of Alexa Rose. We had never done something like this before and had a lot of fun experiencing something new with a very friendly and helpful team at the Melting Point - would definitely recommend it.

Gifted my 12 year old a glass blowing class for Christmas. We both loved it! Instructor was amazing. Always felt safe. Finished products look great. We will cherish our “sucky bowls.”

This glass works experience was wonderful and I can say my girlfriends and I had a great experience. I would recommend this to all. The instructor was friendly, instructive and patience beyond my expectations. Anyone can do this because of the way they have set up the class. This is for the novice or professional.
