Overview

The 8 mile whitewater stretch through the Snake River Canyon takes you through mix of calm sections where you'll be able to take in the scenery and wildlife, and exciting rapids. On this smaller 8 man raft your paddling skills will be put to the test as your guide leads you into the big waves of Kahuna and Lunch Counter, so be prepared to paddle hard and have a blast getting soaked!
Guests 16 and over will be charged a $3 Bridger Teton National Forest User fee at check in.

During the call our office staff will review check in procedures of the day to help limit the time spent inside our office. This may include signing e-waivers for everyone and paying for any wetsuit rentals in advance.
You will be getting soaked on this trip. So wear items of clothes that are not made of cotton, synthetic clothes are best!

We are pretty confident that this 8-mile stretch of whitewater has the highest concentration of laughter in the state of Wyoming. With class II and III rapids such as The Lunch counter and The Big Kahuna, and even an underwater waterfall aptly named Champagne, this river will thrill and delight you. And with inspiring limestone cliffs, hills of Lodge pole Pine, and the mountain peak horizon of the Grey’s National Forest, the scenery will surely impress you. This is the moment in your vacation that you’ll write home to grandma about—that is, if she’s not already in the boat with you!

Fantastic and exciting family adventure!!! Madden was a great guide. We loved being on the river and navigating the waves. We saw a few bald eagles as well.

The entire event was well managed, the bus ride out was informative for the driver talked about the local area the whole time. Our guide was fun and enjoyable. We had our family of 8 all in one raft which made it even more fun. Saw some eagles which was a highlight! Water was lower than it had been in June so not particulalry crazy but we had a good time on the rapids none the less
