After waiting in line for 20 minutes to pay $17.50 for an adult and $8.50 for a child we entered the museum. My Granddaughter wanted to see Indian artifacts. We went to the 1607 section of the museum and although the displays were still there, every display area had every artifact "temporarily removed". We continued to the Museum only to find heavy renovations underway. Not worth your money or time if your interest is pre-colonization history. Also shows the Curators either don't care or don't know how to operate a Museum. The living history areas were acceptable but poorly manned with personnel. Two persons at the indian villiage, one in the fort. Skipped the ships altogether.

Very informative and educational to see the settlement and see how it was at that time. Museum is awesome.

We went last week and my son had a blast and learned so much. He thoroughly enjoyed the American Revolution museum and speaking to the living history folks outside the museum and joining the militia.
