What To Expect

Joshua Tree National Park

Our shuttle van will take you to the city of Joshua Tree where we trade for our H-1 Military Hummer to complete your adventure. We climb to the top of a breathtaking overlook called Eureka Peak that will give you a stunning view of the valley below and a view that stretches all the way to Mexico.

Big Morongo Canyon Preserve

Nestled among the Little San Bernardino Mountains in the Sand to Snow National Monument, the desert oasis at Big Morongo Canyon is one of the 10 largest cottonwood and willow riparian habitats in California. The upstream end of the canyon lies in the Mojave Desert, while its downstream portion opens into the Colorado Desert. There are numerous trails to walk and hike, including a wheelchair-accessible boardwalk through the marsh and riparian habitats. At 31,000 acres with elevations ranging from 600 feet on the canyon floor to 3000 feet at the top of the ridge, this diverse landscape has been an important part of the Morongo Basin’s natural and cultural history for almost two billion years.

We took a tour on 3/28/19 seeing both the San Andreas Fault and Joshua Tree Park. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Half the trip was in a climate controlled van, and the other half (Joshua Tree Park) was in the open Hummer. The Hummer we were scheduled to take needed service that day, but the company and guide were very accomodating, extending our time on the tour and buying us lunch for the slight delay. So, we didn't miss any of the sights due to the issue. I would recommend this trip to anyone looking for a guided tour of the area.

My 4 kids (ages 10-17) loved this trip. Our guide was knowledgable, funny, and super cool! His music soundtrack was really fun. He answered all of our questions and got all the kids involved. We loved this adventure!

We enjoyed the 5 hour hummer trip. Our guide, Blonde Joshua, was entertaining and educational. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the attractions we visited. We took the hummer tour with 4 couples. As we neared the exit of Joshua Tree National Park we got to witness the sun setting over the mountains. Breathtaking. Highly recommend this trip.
