No-bag policy. If you have medical needs that require a carry on, please note at time of booking. All bags brought to base will be stored in the tour office until you return from your flight
Dress warmly and in layers, and wear rubber-soled shoes such as a light hiking boot or athletic shoes. The tour company will provide overshoes and can supply raincoats as needed. Remember to bring your camera, film and binoculars!

ADA - We have an ADA lift that assists guests with getting in and out of the helicopter. If guests use the ADA lift, they will be required to stay inside the helicopter on the glacier. While on the glacier the pilot-guide will open the doors so guests can still take in the sights, sounds and smells. The ADA lift has a weight restriction of no more than 250 lbs. You MUST notify Coastal Helicopters if you will be requiring the ADA helicopter lift.

Unfortunately our dog sled tour was weather canceled so we did only half of what we planned. Was our first time in a helicopter too. Hands down, it was the highlight of our Alaska cruise vacation. We felt like on another planet, the scenery is surreal. I would do it again .

WELL OH WELL I have taken one more item off my BUCKET LIST....I honestly didn’t think I had this even on my list. But after going on the helicopter ride to the glacier. It quickly became ONE!!! This adventure was AMAZING. I don’t know how many adjectives one could use. But after stepping foot on the glacier marveling at the MAJESTIC views and filling up our water bottles with PURE GLACIER WATER... NEED I GO ON.....ADJECTIVE, ADJECTIVE, ADJECTIVE

I've did allot of things in my life, but I would rate this in the top ten best things I've ever done. Being a large man, we were put in Bell Ranger helicopter and Jamie was our pilot. One can't even start to describe the beauty of God's creation while flying over the glaciers and mountain tops, then landing on the Glacier. Jamie informed us all about the glacier and the history of them. Totally awesome. Looking forward to doing this again. Jamie -- Thanks for the wonderful flight -- GO Air Force :)
