No-bag policy. If you have medical needs that require a carry on, please note at time of booking. All bags brought to base will be stored in the tour office until you return from your flight
Dress warmly and in layers, and wear rubber-soled shoes such as a light hiking boot or athletic shoes. The tour company will provide overshoes and can supply raincoats as needed. Remember to bring your camera, film and binoculars!

Please ensure your weight is in the correct format (kgs/lbs) when you include your weight at checkout
ADA - We have an ADA lift that assists guests with getting in and out of the helicopter. If guests use the ADA lift, they will be required to stay inside the helicopter on the glacier. While on the glacier the pilot-guide will open the doors so guests can still take in the sights, sounds and smells. The ADA lift has a weight restriction of no more than 250 lbs. You MUST notify Coastal Helicopters if you will be requiring the ADA helicopter lift.

Let me start by saying I was a bit apprehensive about taking a helicopter to an icefield. When we got to the airport and met Tarek, he really put me at ease and it ended up being the highlight of our trip! It was just plain awesome!! It was a misty day and what looked like foggy to me. It was incredible to come around the side of a mountain....and there is was...the icefield. It was amazing! Tarek answered any questions we had and was so knowledgeable. He even took some awesome photos for us! I can't recommend this tour enough! Thanks Tarek...you made us some wonderful memories!! I'd download photos if I was more savvy about doing so. I have some great ones!
