Definitely not worth it! I think the majority of their issues are trying to accommodate for covid but this was a huge disappointment! We were told to arrive by 4:45, where we then checked in and stood waiting to be let in for over 45 minutes. We were then seated in the very back along with 4 or 5 other tables (most of which also commented to us about how we felt disconnected and too far back). We had to stand the whole show to be able to sort of see the stage. Our food was all cold and had been boxed up for a great amount of time and we ended up leaving the show early to go feed our family again because everyone was hungry! With the cost of this luau I didn’t expect this experience at all!! I have been to another luau on Oahu twice and wanted to try another option and I’m sad to say we were very disappointed! I did contact the company for a partial refund and never heard back.

We booked our Luau 2 weeks in advance. When we receive a cancelation notice less than 24 hours prior to our scheduled luau! We were extremely upset! Especially when we have no time to schedule a new one. We tried contacting the luau place no answer. We contacted TripAdvisor and they couldn’t give us a reason for cancellation! Very unprofessional! We left Hawaii without having a Luau experience.

My almost perfect Ka Moana Luau experience. It’s our first time in hawaii, and I’ve been dreaming of this experience, especially since it was my husband and I’s 26 years wedding anniversary. We paid $722 for five but when we got there, they seated us all the way at the back. We didn’t even get a chance to take a picture of the roasted pig. Very sad and also disappointed.
