In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

Maria checked us in and was welcoming, calming, friendly, and reassuring that we were going to have a great time. Danny was in the water and was informative and did his job well, made us feel safe in the ocean at night.

It deserves 6 stars!! We had a small group and it made for a fast entry and exit from the water and boat. We were there between larger groups so we saw a ton of manta rays. The guides were friendly and very knowledgeable. They had optional wetsuits. It was the highlight of our trip and we’d book them again in a heartbeat. They’d be our first choice!!!
