In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

Great interactions with the rays- friendly, knowledgeable staff throughout the tour- warm, calm water, and lots of rays! Small group seems to attract the rays more than the giant boat tour nearby. Highly recommend!

Besides having small groups, one of our secrets is to use blue lights on our snorkel board. This was absolutely one of the coolest things I have ever seen!! I am so glad we chose this tour there were only six of us so it felt very personal as opposed to other tours that had groups of what seemed like 20 or more. Checking in with Cheyanne was easy, Dylan our guide in the water was great and answered all of our questions. It is definitely a must do!!

Awesome. Everybody was super kind. We saw many Mantas. The Manta rays passed really close to us. We love it. Great memories.
