In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

Everyone we spoke to with this company was super nice! I wasn’t sure if it would have been best to go with a large or small group but was glad I went with this company the smaller group made it more personal. I was kinda nervous but I went in the water held on to the the handles on the board looked into the water and there they were! Beautiful! Unfortunately I didn’t last very long in the water, I decided to watch them from the boat. The crew was very nice and responded quickly when I asked them to help me to the boat. It was a wonderful experience and so glad I did it. I would definitely recommend this company.

It was a dream. Swimming with these beautiful creatures was peaceful and exciting all at the same time. We saw so many manta rays!!

On October 29th we went out at 8:20 pm and for next 30’ watched up to 15 manta rays feeding on plankton right below us and a few times rubbing belly with us! Awesome creatures needing protection all over the world. Great crew and guide.
