In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

We had a wonderful time on our Manta Ray snorkel adventure! The guides were very friendly and helpful. They made sure we got an excellent show! I was thrilled by how close the mantas came to us. My son even got a belly rub from one! They offer warm beverages at the end of the dive which is very thoughtful on their part. Highly recommended!

A little disappointed in the duration. The website said 1 and 1/2 hours. We were on the boat, in the water and back to the dock within 30 min. Only got to see a few. Some of the larger groups had more lights and drew the activity.

Please call before purchasing so we are able to answer any questions you may have. The entire duration of the tour is 1.5 hours. Check in time is 40 minutes prior to departure time. Boat ride is less than 5 minutes and you have up to 40 minutes in the water, longer than most other companies especially in comparison to those with larger groups that have to account for unloading and loading 30+ people. We're happy you got to see the manta rays. Every show is different, calling before booking would have given us the chance to recommend optimal tour time for viewing. Aloha.

There a few of these tours and I would highly recommend this one as it is very small groups and makes the experience so much better. Dillon is so knowledgeable about the mantas and we ended up seeing 4 different ones in our group! Was an amazing experience and I would recommend this tour to everyone!
