In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

The manta ray snorkle was AWESOME!! Hailey was great as was the captain and guide in the water. Very knowledgeable about the rays! As well as the ocean and the island. I even recommended them to people I saw at our pool and they went on the dolphin adventure too.

This is a great experience. I was a little nervous at first because it is at night (not a big fan of swimming in the ocean at night) and I thought it would be cold. But it was absolutely worth it. We had 2 huge mantas swim underneath and around us for about 30 minutes. Absolutely breathtaking. They are magnificent creatures that seemed to enjoy our company as much as we enjoyed theirs. The captain and our guide were so accommodating and very knowledgeable. I honestly think this is the best company to use. I say that because all the other boats that were out there couldn’t find the mantas but ours seemed to know exactly where to go, and the other boats eventually asked to join us. Highly recommend and will do it again.

Awesome trip. It was amazing to see manta rays only a few inches away. Very personalized experience with friendly and knowledgeable tour guides. Having a small group of only 6 was very nice. The warm drinks and snacks afterward was a nice touch.
