In order to book this tour basic swimming skills & previous snorkeling experience are required. Guest's must be able to swim a short distance to our snorkel board & independently climb up a side boat ladder. Guest must be able to converse in English to understand verbal instructions & safety briefings. Not recommended for guest's who have undergone surgery or have mobility/physical restrictions. Our Manta Policy: Manta Rays are wild animals and Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours cannot guarantee their presence. If a manta ray is not seen on your night out with us you may try again on a different night, or on your next visit. Guests who purchased tickets at our full online booking price may come back out again for free. Tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as TripAdvisor/Viator/Expedia...etc) or at a discounted rate may join again for an additional $30 per person. Please keep in mind that seats may be extremely limited during certain times of the year. We usually are very successful in finding mantas for you; however if they decide to take the night off the costs involved with setting up the charter will not allow us to offer you a refund. We appreciate your business and understanding of this policy.

This experience far exceeded my expectations. Seeing these beautiful creatures so close was incredible. The crew was very knowledgeable and patient when my daughter and I were hesitant to get in the water. They make sure you are not only having a great time but are safe and comfortable the whole time. Once you are in the water it’s an experience you won’t forget. I would 1000% recommend this company and experience to anyone.

What an amazing crew offering a once in a life time adventure (unless you're always here then go with them all the time!) Not only was the crew very friendly and knowledgeable but the experience with the manta rays (5-7 at a time) swimming right up to your face is something words can't describe! My 6-year-old son got a little nervous and backed out last minute so he sat on the boat with the captain who made him feel so comfortable and confident he ended up joining us for the last 15 minutes of the adventure. I can't give enough thanks for the effort these guys put into this. It really shows that they love what they do and they want you to love what they do as well! Just book them, it is worth every dollar! Thanks again crew for your hard work and fun spirit!

What an amazing experience! Massive amounts of rays swimming right up to your face! The guides were so nice and knowledgeable. They tell you all about each ray that shows up. We had the pleasure to see atleast 10!
