What To Expect
1
Kenai Fjords National Park
In Kenai Fjords National Park, over half of the landmass is covered by the enormous Harding Icefield, a thousand-foot block of ice that dates back to the last Ice Age. The Harding spills out in all directions in the form of glaciers. Some stretch northwest into rugged hills of the Kenai Peninsula. Others—five of them, to be exact—reach as far as the sea along the craggy coast of the Gulf of Alaska.
2
Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge
Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge is comprised of 2,400 islands, headlands, rocks, islets, spires and reefs and is known for its abundance of seabirds.

Have taken the six hour cruise numerous times since 1994 and this company never disappoints. The captain sought out killer whales and humpbacks. Ample time to sit and view wildlife and glaciers. Helpful, cheerful staff. A great value for the money.

Rainy, cold day, and some rough water…but we still saw whales, puffins, seals, sea lions, a bald Eagle, and some other sea birds. The highlight was the Aialik Glacier! It was pretty spectacular! While the boat was large, it was well designed for great viewing. Crew were pretty exceptional. Thank you Captain Emma & crew!

A great cruise to experience the wonders of the Kenai national park… the crew was amazing and captain Emma was great at pointing out wildlife and sites on the trip.. she gave us tons of time to watch the exciting calving of the glacier and truly seemed as excited about it as we were… a VERY enjoyable day for sure!
