What To Expect
1
Kenai Fjords National Park
In Kenai Fjords National Park, over half of the landmass is covered by the enormous Harding Icefield, a thousand-foot block of ice that dates back to the last Ice Age. The Harding spills out in all directions in the form of glaciers. Some stretch northwest into rugged hills of the Kenai Peninsula. Others—five of them, to be exact—reach as far as the sea along the craggy coast of the Gulf of Alaska.
2
Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge
Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge is comprised of 2,400 islands, headlands, rocks, islets, spires and reefs and is known for its abundance of seabirds.

Our narrator/ captain? Sam, was incredibly knowledgeable and you could hear their understanding and admiration for the ocean and its habitants! We were incredibly lucky and the weather was perfect. Saw many different aquatic creatures and birds. I absolutely recommend this trip!!

We did 8am tour, and it was raining and cold, but we dressed for it. The boat was full on day we went, and seats are smaller, so we were packed in there like sardines, but the tour itself was Ok, basically you see 1 glacier, and the scenery on way there was beautiful, but in our opinion, for price you pay it is just OK, and the lunch you get on the tour is chicken sandwich, which chicken is out of can, and bag of chips

Canceled due to rainy conditions by Kenai Tours operators in Seward. Operator said we would be reimbursed but have yet to even see a cancellation notice.
