If you are concerned about seasickness, please note that this tour stays in the calm, protected waters of the Inside Passage and does not go out into the open ocean; large waves and rough seas will not be encountered
Guests must be able to navigate a 9-step boarding ladder to enter the vessel. Each step is approx 6" high. Guests are seated during the entire tour
Wheelchairs, strollers and walkers are not taken on board the boat; instead they are taken at the bottom of the boarding ladder and taken to a dry, secure area during the tour and returned at the conclusion of the tour

We thouroughly enjoyed our tour with Captain Peggy and Caitlin in July 2018. This was a nice mix of corny jokes, great sights, and history of Ketchikan. Peggy and Caitlin pointed out things of local interest and told us a little about themselves and how they came to Alaska!

Being on the tour with our guides Jerry and Sierra was so much fun....their personalities and humor actually made the tour. The tour itself was a great way to see Ketchikan with the short time in port. Being on the water, we got to see eagles, whales, and sea lions. Perfect way to start our cruise and vacation. Thank you Jerry and Sierra for a fabulous tour.

This is a must do and fun excursion when in Ketchikan! Our narrator Jacob and Captain Peggy made a great pair and were very entertaining and informative! Very easy to transfer from the cruise ship and get some shopping in as well following the tour. Don't let Jacob fool you though- There IS a hospital in Juneau! This trip was the high school graduation gift for our twins and we all enjoyed it.
