If you are concerned about seasickness, please note that this tour stays in the calm, protected waters of the Inside Passage and does not go out into the open ocean; large waves and rough seas will not be encountered
Guests must be able to navigate a 9-step boarding ladder to enter the vessel. Each step is approx 6" high. Guests are seated during the entire tour
Wheelchairs, strollers and walkers are not taken on board the boat; instead they are taken at the bottom of the boarding ladder and taken to a dry, secure area during the tour and returned at the conclusion of the tour

Duck tours are for sure on the silly side. And this one was just as anticipated. A bit of local culture, a bit of sightseeing, and a float around the harbor. Lee and Rosaire were a great pair of guides with just the right amount of corny jokes and local history. Perfect for a somewhat wet afternoon (it was Ketchikan after all!) when we wanted to add a bit of a relaxing addition to our cruise.

Our captain Duane and his helper Gil were wonderful in their knowledge of the historic sites of the town of Ketchikan. They interspersed humor and knowledge to make it a great trip around town and then we got the experience of "driving" into the harbor and boating around that area. We learned then about the fishing industry and they types of ships that were used. Well worth the 49 dollars. It gave us more than we could have learned in our short time on shore. Thanks so much!
