If you are concerned about seasickness, please note that this tour stays in the calm, protected waters of the Inside Passage and does not go out into the open ocean; large waves and rough seas will not be encountered
Guests must be able to navigate a 9-step boarding ladder to enter the vessel. Each step is approx 6" high. Guests are seated during the entire tour
Wheelchairs, strollers and walkers are not taken on board the boat; instead they are taken at the bottom of the boarding ladder and taken to a dry, secure area during the tour and returned at the conclusion of the tour

This was a good way to spend 90 minutes and see lots of Ketchikan. Captain Bruce and Narrator Mary were lots of fun and very knowledgeable. The only reason I didn't rate it as excellent is that the "Duck" we were in had plastic windows (some didn't have any sides to them) so we were not able to take pictures. It was very warm the day we were there and would have been great to have open sides for ventilation and picture taking. I recommend doing this if you only have a short time in port.

This was a fun & informational tour. Mary was a local who had fabulous insight & knowledge of the area. While out in the water, we were treated to seeing LOADS of eagles as they fed from the cannery slough off. Great time! Highly recommend!! Thanks again Peggy & Mary - you guys were fabulous!
