Snorkeling is fun, safe, and easy aboard the Sundiver III. Join us for a 2.5 hour underwater tour to the shallow, inner, coral reefs located at the "World Famous" Key Largo National Marine Sanctuary, also known as the original John Pennekamp State Park. Our friendly crew specializes in kids, families, and first time snorkelers. You will be absolutely amazed at the underwater world that lives just offshore of Key Largo. High quality rental gear (mask, fins, float vest) is INCLUDED with all snorkel tours provided by Sundiver.

I was there 2 days ago. The captain and crew were really caring and kind. we were in water for 1.5 hrs and the trip took about 3 hours. Underwater world is unbelievable. there were so many kinds f if fish colorful, swimming...the tickets were 35 for each and is cheaper when you go with 9 am tour. the total pricing was 91.00 for two people along with renting snorkel and fins. The only thing i can say is that i am not sure if they sterilize the snorkels after each use or no! because the snorkel goes directly into the mouth.

I can honestly say that I have NEVER had my time wasted or been treated so unprofessionally and rudely as I was by this company this morning. Visiting from California, my pregnant wife and I awoke early and made the hour drive from Miami. We had made a reservation a week in advance, during which the company merely "recommended" that we arrive an hour before our reserved tour began. We arrived a half hour early (we had some traffic leaving Miami) and upon arrival, we were told that we had been booted from our reservation for showing up less than an hour before the tour. The lady running the shop was unapologetic and had no compassion for the fact that we were looking forward to our snorkeling trip and had wasted our day traveling to spend a tour with them. There was no attempt to contact us or clarify this possibility before we arrived. Clearly, they overbook their trips, then just kick people off the trips to fulfill their own business needs. As a 20-year veteran travel journalist who has journeyed across the world, I have never been treated quite like this. Had they insisted we be there an hour early, we would have been there an hour early. Instead, we had our day ruined and were left with a terrible taste in our mouth from this unprofessional, rude company's attitude and about Key Largo in general. Even had we been at fault, there is no need to ever make a potential customer feel so disregarded. Don't make the same mistake we did, go with a company that doesn't treat its clientele like a bunch of rubes for attempting to give them business and use their services.

It's a shame everyone at our company works so hard to please our customers and give everyone the best snorkel trip possible and then someone like you comes along and bashes us for an issue that was 100% not our fault. I am very familiar with this case and you sir, are in the wrong. We tell everyone on the phone we “guarantee” the reservation up until 1 hour before trip time and after that if there are people on standby, we can sell the tickets to them. The truth is we usually give a 5-10 minute grace period. Also, your wife made a special request for an email saying you have a reservation and we sent it to you and have it saved if you would like to see a copy of it. In this email, in writing, it states you have to purchase your tickets before 11am. You were reserved for the 12pm noon trip, so one hour before trip time is 11am. So you have been told on the phone and in an email. You arrived at our shop at 11:36am. That is 36 minutes late!! That is 36 minutes after the time we told you in writing and on the phone you have to be at our shop to guarantee your snorkel tickets. We have saved this video clip if you would like to see it. We understand you were upset for not getting on our snorkel boat, but there was no need to cuss out our employee’s because of a mistake that you made. Our employee offered to put you on our next snorkel trip and you said NO. Then she called other companies in town and tried to get you on their boats and she wrote their phone numbers down on a piece of paper for you to reserve a trip with them. At that point there was nothing else we could offer you. For someone whom states they are a 20 year “World Traveler”, sir you should know how reservations work. Again, we are sorry about what happened. Have a nice day !

I want to thank the staff at Sundiver...from the women that registered my family, to the Owner and his lovely wife, the Captain and First Mate!! We had an incredible time snorkeling in Key Largo. We did decide to wear wet suits for the tour, me being a heavy set lady was very anxious about sizing, etc. Thank you Matt for putting me at ease, no embarrassing moments and your sense of humor was greatly appreciated!! Captain Ken, your detailed instructions and pride in keeping the ocean protected went a long way with my children - I did not have to harp once about picking things up, stepping on coral, etc. Good job - nothing more frustrating than nagging children on vacation! We had an amazing time, with great sunny weather and calm waters. We saw many fish we have never seen before and actually saw a large stingray and nurse shark - I think my little one was a little nervous, but he did remember "they are just as afraid/curious about you as you are them" stuck in the back of his mind and he was able to stay and enjoy. Again Guys, keep up the good work and the next time we are in Key Largo we will definitely be back to see you. This was the highlight of our trip! Cheers, The Peter's
